All purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Due to the energetic nature of this work and the digital delivery of many offerings, refunds are not provided except in cases of accidental duplicate purchases or technical failure.
For coaching sessions:
- You may reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Missed or last-minute cancellations may be forfeited.
7. Community Conduct
If participating in any group programs, communities, or membership spaces (online or otherwise), you agree to uphold a safe and respectful environment. Harmful behavior, harassment, or misuse of the space may result in removal without refund.
